This was a project of a more robust wellness site for our clients. Our team took a new approach to the platform by making it personal and crafting a user experience that responds and adapts to each individual.

The Asset Health Portal was a comprehensive, interactive employee engagement hub. Accessible across devices, it seamlessly integrated wellness tools like the Health Assessment, Wellness Challenges, Online Courses, Health Coaching Dashboard, and more. Its exceptional flexibility allowed for dynamic customization and ensured the portal reflected the users unique needs. Moreover, it was designed to adapt to individual users, offering a truly personalized experience.

Employee Health and Wellbeing

Empowered communities to proactively manage their health. Developed a comprehensive portal featuring state-of-the-art engagement tools like activity tracking, challenges, goal monitoring, daily health certifications, coaching, and more.

Our team emphasized intuitive design, aiming to minimize learning curves, reduce unnecessary clicks, and prioritize pertinent content within an intuitive interface. The new platform features device-independent, responsive design optimized for seamless usage across desktops, mobiles, and tablets.

Health Assessment

The health assessment features:

• Holistic Whole-Person Evaluation: Covering mental, emotional, and behavioral aspects, this assessment is NCQA-certified and validated against healthcare claims.
• Tailored for Personalized Experience: Creates psychological profiles, gauges readiness for change, and customizes the journey with dynamic programming. Drives i-Knowledge courses, health missions, and tailored coaching programs.
• Accessibility and Inclusivity: Accessible on all devices, including mobile phones and tablets. Offers inclusive gender options and is directly available via a native app. Integrates with popular fitness devices across various brands for comprehensive data connectivity.

Incentive and Reward Management

Participants could effortlessly track their incentive progress, gaining clear insights into the rewards earned through their wellness engagement and health outcomes. Asset Health seamlessly accommodated various program designs and streamlined data coordination for incentive tracking and Reasonable Alternative Standard (RAS) administration.
