With the goal of moving Cadillac’s old site to the Adobe Experience Manager platform, our UX team developed a system to deliver a world class automotive research and shopping experience across devices to elevate the Cadillac brand and sell vehicles.
With the mission of leveraging the Quantum Design System to meet the customer’s goal, our team created a consistent and simple, flexible and structured experience.

My role was to architect specific components that were part of a collection of principles, rationale, documentation, and patterns for a consistent and ever changing GM digital ecosystem.

Documentation Site

The Quantum Design System encompasses a range of reusable components including buttons, colorizers, content modals, and more. It offers a comprehensive set of styles for animations, colors, fonts, and layout guidelines, covering grid elements, configurations, nested flows, as well as global and market-specific language variations.

Adobe Experience Manager Environment

Our authoring environment displayed an intuitive user interface and robust content authoring capabilities. Our content authors were able to easily create and edit web pages, manage assets, and collaborate with team members to streamline the development process, reducing errors, improve consistency, and speed up the time to market.

Cadillac Brand Website

Cadillac performed at or above the iPerceptions Luxury Auto Norm for Overall Experience since launch. Build a Vehicle utilizing the Compare Trims Table component was the most commonly mentioned purpose of visit and performed at or above the iPAuto Norm on Overall Experience and Task Accomplishment.

Tasked with redesigning intuitive, user-centric designs, the focus was on elevating the Cadillac brand within the broader design system. This redesign aimed to maintain consistency across all four brands (Chevy, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac) while meeting the distinct requirements set by our GM partners.
